Amazing service* Firstly we began with meeting Todd the Sales Manager, he came prepared with local listings/sales and took into consideration all aspects of the home and location. He was able to get the home photographed and listed promptly so that we could begin to view houses ourselves. We then got introduced to Tyrone who is one of the selling team at the Eastbourne branch. From booking viewings, negotiating a price and continued contacted throughout the process, Tyrone was honestly outstanding in all aspects, even brief emails/calls simply to keep me updated was very refreshing.

One of the best customer services experience I have encountered. Coming from a background in sales/customer service myself I can appreciate when individuals o above and beyond to deliver. Tyrone was honestly impeccable throughout. The most important factor to me is the communication element and this was in abundance from day one up to today (when we exchanged) A truly invaluable member of the team and I'm sure one of many without your office.
